Just a very good, featureful and reliable multimeter. It works great with or without a PC. Auto ranging is great and if you leave the dial turned on without doing anything it'll eventually shut off to save the battery. You can also plug it in and it has a nice compartment in the side to hold the test leads, power cord etc.Quality Price Value
It's a little bulky if you're primary intention is to use it for portable on-the-go stuff. But it works well either on the bench or as a portable unit otherwise.
Excellent for the price. You'd generally have to pay more for something comparable.
