Charger for Lenovo ThinkPad T60 Laptop

Bought a laptop charging cord (adaptor) to replace my original that had stopped working. I had it a week and it was working great when I dropped my laptop and broke the connector. I tried to order the exact same adaptor as I bought the previous week, but chargerbuy.com sent me an "upgraded" adaptor. The upgraded adaptor didn't charge my battery. I contacted chargerbuy.com and explained my dilemma. They assumed I had damaged the computer's internal charging port when I dropped the laptop and that the upgraded charger should work. I didn't think that was the case.

Instead of fighting me on the issue (like almost any other business would have), they immediately sent me another adaptor (older version like the original) free of charge and didn't ask me to sent the "upgraded" one back to them. This is the pinnacle of customer service!
