First time, seller sent a wrong adapter to me by mistake. I was a little dissatisfied. I called and then the customer service helped me to replace the correct one. Although they fixed the problem, it really waste some time.

Ordered this new charger for our lcd monitor and it works great. Had to replace the old one because the plug got abused. Shipping was reasonable and it arrived quickly!
